However, all of the employees were courteous and completed my Generac standby generator in one day.  During the installation, my hot water tank's pilot went out.  The water stayed hot for one entire day.  The second day we noticed that the water was warm not hot.  I called the company and they came out on a Saturday evening to take care of the issue.
