We had a complete service upgrade performed, from 100A service with an old 20-space panel to 200A with a 40-space panel and whole-house surge protector. Penco did an excellent job, especially George, who spent a lot of time getting everything done to a high standard with the new panel. There was an issue with the initial install not meeting ComEd requirements for the outside of the house, but that was quickly corrected at no charge, and Penco even returned one final time to clean up messy wiring that ComEd left behind.
