Penco Electric has been servicing my generator for the past few years, and they have been great! So much so, I inquired about the installation of a 240 outlet for EV charging at home. Paul was very patient and kind with me. We discussed the location of where I wanted the outlet. Shared photos. He explained the details of what would be involved with the installation. Installation day: Jorge arrived! Within minutes I was at ease. He has a manner about him that is very calming. We discussed the plan, and began dismantling the wall. Jorge was able to make the new outlet appear as if it had always been there. He left no trace…above and beyond! There was nothing left for me to do. Jorge, I will forever be grateful for all that you did. It looks fantastic! Thank you!

Friendly, professional, and high quality work. We had a complete service upgrade performed, from 100A service with an old 20-space panel to 200A with a 40-space panel and whole-house surge protector. Penco did an excellent job, especially George, who spent a lot of time getting everything done to a high standard with the new panel. There was an issue with the initial install not meeting ComEd requirements for the outside of the house, but that was quickly corrected at no charge, and Penco even returned one final time to clean up messy wiring that ComEd left behind.
