We couldn’t have asked for a better group of installers. They explained and did what needed to be done and made sure that everything done was up to code for future local inspection. After completion, step by step instructions were given as what to expect from the generator. Great experience and highly recommended company.

We have used Penco to service our standby generator for a few years and their attention to detail and thoroughness has been the best!  But this weekend performance tops it all.  We lost power and right away the generator kicked in.  We called ComEd thinking it was a power outage.  Long story short:  no power outage and the generator was not malfunctioning.  We were instructed by mpower to get an electrician.  I was amazed that in two hours of calling Penco, they were here on a 92-degree day checking everything out.  It turned out to not be an electric issue but rather our air conditioner died.  Thank you, Penco for your outstanding customer service!
