Penco Electric & Generators SMS/MMS Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

When consent has been given to receive text messages from Penco Electric & Generators and you opt in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages on your mobile device. These messages may include follow-up messages and updates related to quotes, estimates, or service inquiries, real-time communication about services and pricing, appointment scheduling and reminders, billing inquiries, and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, and follow-ups. 2. Message Frequency

The frequency of messages will vary depending on the type of campaign or interaction. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status and up to 4 status update messages on the day of an appointment.
